David M. Milan, ASA

David M. Milan has 24 years of experience in property tax consulting and an extensive background of over 34 years appraising commercial and industrial real and personal property.  Prior to joining Cantrell McCulloch, David was the manager and senior consultant with a national property tax consulting firm and worked extensively with complex industrial properties and corporate headquarters in identifying opportunities for tax savings through valuation, allocation and tax exemption issues. He has represented various types of manufacturing firms, retailers, distribution companies as well as corporate service businesses throughout Texas and the Southeast.

Prior to his tax work, David appraised both real and personal property for a variety of industrial facilities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. These facilities ranged from high-tech manufacturing to heavy industrial steel and chemical facilities.  David holds a ASA designation from the American Society of Appraisers for urban real property and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Senior Property Tax Consultant and General Certified Appraiser.
